All promotions will finish on the specified date, no exceptions will be made.

Any order you make through the umbro.co.uk website is subject to acceptance and availability, we reserve the right to refuse your order at our discretion and for any reason without explanation.
Please note that the contract of purchase will exist between you and GL Dameck Ltd.
For the avoidance of doubt, no contract for any product purchased will exist between you and GL Dameck Ltd until you receive an email sent by [email protected] confirming that the product in question has been dispatched.
Umbro does not provide any warranties in relation to the goods sold on this website over and above its statutory requirement to provide goods that are fit for purpose and of a satisfactory quality under the current Sale of Goods legislation.

Events Beyond Our Control
umbro.co.uk has no liability to you for the failure to deliver goods or any delay or damage or defect to the goods delivered that is caused by an event or circumstances beyond our control including without limitation, acts of God, strikes, lockouts, industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, war, riots, civil commotion, flood, fire explosion, civil commotion or governmental actions and any other similar events.

GL Dameck Ltd can only supply goods that are ordered through the Umbro.co.uk website. All payments including all shipping, handling and packing fees must be made by either credit or debit card. All payments are taken at time of purchase. Umbro.co.uk cannot accept any other form of payment such as cheques, postal orders or cash.
Prices are as stated on the website (in GBP Sterling) and are subject to change without any prior notice. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Occasionally errors may arise where prices are incorrectly displayed or change as a result of circumstances beyond umbro.co.uk control. If this circumstance should arise, you will be informed of the correct price of the item when we receive your order and you will be given the opportunity to cancel the order should you not wish to purchase the product concerned at that price.
For overseas customers in Europe and the rest of the world the VAT will be deducted accordingly at the checkout. Any import duty, customs and local taxes incurred will be paid for by the customer in full. GL Dameck Ltd will always mark orders for overseas true to the content and price of what is in the package, GL Dameck Ltd will not falsify or provide misleading information in order for the customer to avoid paying any import duty, customs and local taxes.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, GL Dameck Ltd uses the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the critically sensitive details you send us over the internet including your name, address and credit card details. This encryption ensures that nobody can read the information being sent between your pc and our website.
SSL technology not only encrypts information, it also assures your browser that your data is being sent to the correct and secure computer server and it also checks the data being transferred to ensure that it has not been altered in any way. When you enter an SSL enabled area of the site you will see a padlock at the bottom of your browser. This means that the information you enter here is protected.
Umbro will only ever contact you to request proof of identity and to confirm matters relating to your order. They will not ask for your bank details unless you specifically ask them to process a telephone order or require a refund and in those instances you will be asked to call us so you can be sure we are who we are. Please do not provide your bank details to anyone advising they are GL Dameck unless you are 100% sure they are who they say they are. If in doubt please always telephone or email us using the contact numbers on our website. Although GL Dameck Ltd strives to make sure everything displayed on the website is in stock and available to purchase, occasionally items may have sold out. If any part of an order is unavailable the customer will be notified by telephone, text or email of any alternatives and or missing items. Item charged which is not available for delivery will be refunded.
GL Dameck Ltd reserves the right to conduct stock checks whenever it desires without any prior warning. When this happens the site will still be able to receive orders, but until our stock check is complete no goods will be sent out. Upon completion all orders will be processed and dispatched.
GL Dameck Ltd does its best to accurately represent the colours in the photography. However, GL Dameck Ltd has no control over its customers' monitor settings (colours, resolution, etc.) so we cannot guarantee the colours will be exactly as they appear on the website. Also, some of the products have a 'vintage' or 'distressed' finish which commonly have some variety in production. We will happily refund or exchange an item within the specified period as set out in returns and exchanges section, but will not constitute the above as falling into the faulty or wrong items section.
Important: Personalised printed kit cannot be exchanged or refunded, so please ensure that the sizing is correct before having it printed.
Right To Alter Terms & Conditions
umbro.co.uk is constantly changing and these terms and conditions may change from time to time. umbro.co.uk reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice.
Intellectual Property Rights
The rights in the designs and content of this website are owned by GL Dameck Ltd. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute display post or transmit any part of this site without permission. All trademarks, product names, company names and logos featured on this website are the property of their owners. All photography remains the property of GL Dameck Ltd unless otherwise stated.
If we discover that a pricing error has been made, we reserve the right to suspend your order and contact you to ask whether you wish continue with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. We present our content 'as is' and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.
Please note all transactions are charged in GBP and currency conversions shown on our site are approximate. You will be charged at the current exchange rate dependant on your bank. We recommend contacting them in order to find the exact rate before purchasing.
We accept all major credit/debit cards for payment as well as Paypal. Please note however, that we do not currently accept American Express cards. If your credit/debit card is rejected by our online payment processing systems, please double-check that all the details you entered on the website were correct. Your name and address details must match the cardholder address details held by your card issuer. If the problem persists, please contact your credit/debit card provider.
Addresses Based Outside of the EU
To request a VAT refund for a BFPO address outside of the EU, please e-mail us here once your order has been dispatched. Remember to include the order confirmation eMail in full which contains the order number with your request. You'll need to contact us within 3 months of the time of the supply of goods.
Addresses Based within the EU
Before we can issue a VAT refund for an order dispatched to a BFPO address which is within the EU, UK VAT legislation requires us to obtain a "certificate of entitlement" confirming that the items have been dispatched to, and received by, a qualifying body or person as set out in paragraph 14.4 of HM Revenue and Customs Notice 725 dated January 2014. GLD Group Ltd will accept a copy of our Order Confirmation eMail, signed and stamped by the head or acting head of the embassy, high commission, consulate, visiting force contingent or international organisation, with photo evidence of the official status of the signatory.
For goods which are dispatched to BFPO customers in Cyprus or Germany GLD Group requires a certificate from the person placing the order, uniquely identifying the supply for which relief is claimed, and claiming entitlement as follows:
· for British forces in Cyprus - under Article 151 (e) of EC Council Directive 2006/112/EC, or
· for a visiting force in Germany - under Article 151(d) of EC Council Directive 2006/112/EC.
GLD Group Ltd requires this certificate in accordance with Section 14 of HM Revenue and Customs Notice 725 dated January 2014. If this certificate isn't supplied, GLD Group LTD can't make a refund. Please send the stamped receipt or certificate, quoting all the qualifying order numbers for which VAT has not been refunded to:
