It’s difficult to evaluate something which is yet to arrive…. It’s tantamount to assessing something you’ve never seen. I would suggest you might want to a) sort out supply issues b) not offer a product for sale when it’s not going to be available for months c) not send out customer satisfaction questionnaires before your product has been delivered - I am available as a business consultant if required, although these suggestions amount to common sense, which sadly is no longer commonplace...Posted on 26th September 2023
