Don't buy this t-shirt. Don't buy anything from Umbro. The shirt itself was okay but I didn’t like the fit. I sent it back but Umbro wouldn’t refund my postage (both when they sent it to me originally and when I sent it back). I've therefore essentially paid more than eight quid just for the privilege of trying it on. Their customer service is terrible, the usual nonsense where they sort of sound half-apologetic while actually refusing to do anything to help. And then, after my vocally slagging them off for the last few days, they send me a link asking me to rate them. So they're bad and they're also monumentally stupid.Posted on 22nd February 2022 -
